Our small business certifications must be updated annually by submitting personal and business tax returns, a list of employees, copies of business minutes, personal narratives, and on-site evaluations. A fair-market value of all assets and financial records are then compiled and sent to the federal, state and local agencies, so that Graphic Ideals can be added to the existing databases.

This allows procurement agents to access our information and request a quote on our printing projects, printing services and/or printing products. Certain federal contracts have a goal of how much work should be awarded to small businesses, and procurement agents use the databases to meet those goals.
