Let’s face it: Old plans take up space in your office and storage units that cost you money, not to mention having to look through them trying to find the ones you need. Let us archive your plans. Some good benefits of archiving old and current plans are:
* You can search much easier when the need arises to find a certain plan set.
* You free up valuable office space and monthly storage unit fees.
* If you need copies of your plans, you can e-mail your files and have them printed instead of sending your plans out to have them copied.
* You can provide the project owners a copy on disk.
* Take your scans and post on your FTP site for subcontractors to download.
We start by going through your plan set, taping any torn corners and making sure your sheets are ready to scan. We can scan in black & white or in color. You have the option to scan to PDF or TIFF, and you can have each page indexed with a page number. Once that is finished we burn the files to CD or DVD. It is that simple.
