Super Bowl-related events will be held throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area the week before, culminating in the big game, Super Bowl XLIX, on February 1st of 2015, held in Glendale, Arizona, at the University of Phoenix Stadium, home to the Arizona Cardinals.
The Super Bowl Business Connect Program is an ongoing program in its fifteenth year created by the National Football League to connect the NFL, NFL Sponsors, the local Super Bowl Host Committee and other NFL Affiliates to reliable, local service providers to assist with Super Bowl game-day preparations and related event support. The yearly Business Connect Program is organized by the Super Bowl Host Committee to inform and engage local minority- and woman-owned small businesses in procurement opportunities associated with the Super Bowl. Local small businesses apply to become part of the Business Connect Program. Once selected, these businesses attend Business Connect workshops and are included within the Super Bowl Business Connect Resource Guide–the preferred providers list which the NFL and their affiliates will contract with for a variety of support services, everything from catering to printing to transportation and more.
The Super Bowl XLIX Business Connect Resource Guide provides great opportunities for local Phoenix minority and women-owned small businesses, like our Phoenix print shop Graphic Ideals, to conduct Super Bowl business, fueling Arizona’s economic engine! Super Bowl XLIX is expected to bring an estimated $500M in economic impact to Arizona, as 90,000 football fans pour into the state to be part of Super Bowl XLIX.

- Demonstrate unwavering commitment to our printing partners, Super Bowl XLIX contracts, and the Super Bowl Business Connect Program
- Provide responsive, open communication with the Super Bowl Business Connect Program, our printing partners and Super Bowl XLIX contracts
- Be assertive and entrepreneurial
- Effectively capitalized, insured, licensed & bonded
- Certified by at least one professional organization
- Previous printing services experience with larger printing projects comparable to those requested by the Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee
- Adequate staffing and inventory to meet the needs of printing project quote requests
